Chandigarh (01.11.2023): UT Home Secretary Nitin Kumar Yadav (IAS: 2000: AGMUT) has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of UT Adviser after incumbent Dharam Pal (IAS: 1988: AGMUT) retired on October 31, 2023. He served the city for more than two years.The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is yet to name his permanent replacement. The names senior officers like Dr Sharad Chauhan (IAS: 1994: AGMUT) and Amit Yadav (IAS: 1991: AGMUT) are doing the rounds for the post.
