CBI: Seven IPS officers appointed as DIG

New Delhi (02.01.2025): The Centre has appointed seven IPS officers of 2012 batch from various cadres to the post of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in CBI. The names of these officers are as follows:
  1. M Harsha Vardhan (IPS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed for a period up to 03.06.2030.
  2. Dr Navdeep Singh Brar (IPS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed for a period up to 29.07.2027.
  3. C Kalaichelvan (IPS: 2012: TN) has been appointed for a period up to 31.12.2028.
  4. Jashandeep Singh Randhawa (IPS: 2012: HY) has been appointed for a period up to 20.08.2029. 
  5. Gaurav Singh (IPS: 2012: MH) has been appointed for a period up to 18.10.2028. 
  6. Suhail Sharma (IPS: 2012: MH) has been appointed for a period up to 02.01.2029. 
  7. Raguramarajan A (IPS: 2012: NL) has been appointed for a period up to 15.09.2026.
