New Delhi (05.03.2022): Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan is all set to become the next Managing Director (MD) of Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL). He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Saturday. He is currently serving as Director (Technical) in the same organization. He is also holding the additional charge of NRL’s MD post.
