Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that Bihar Govt has sent proposal to the Centre seeking extension in service of Deepak Kumar (IAS:1984: BH), the outgoing Chief Secretary to the Govt of Bihar retiring February next year. Well-placed sources say that Centre would give its consent on the proposal as well.
