New Delhi (18.04.2023): The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on Wednesday selected Shantanu Roy for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, BEML Limited. Currently, Roy is working as Director (Mining & Construction Business), BEML Limited.Altogether three candidates were interviewed for the post. Anil Jerath, Director (Finance), BEML Limited and Sanjay Som, Executive Director, BEML Limited were other candidates. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Shantanu Roy will replace Amit Banerjee who is retiring on July 31, 2023.
