The Government of J&K on the auspicious day to Holi appointed Bharat Bhushan Vyas (IAS:1986:J&K) as Principal Secretary to Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Chief Minister of J&K. Vyas has been serving as Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, Govt of J&K.
Vyas will also continue to hold the post of Principal Secretary, Dept of Finance and also will be functioning as Administrative Secretary for the Dept of Information, , Hospitality & protocol, Estates and Civil Aviation Dept.
