New Delhi (30.10.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:
  • The Central Deputation tenure of Sanjiv Kumar (IAS: 1992: UT) was extended for a period of one year from 09.11.2023 to 08.11.2024. He is Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
  • The Central Deputation tenure of Nidhi Mani Tripathi (IAS: 2001: MN) was extended for a period of three months beyond 30.10.2023. Currently, she is Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce.  
  • The PESB selected Ravindra Kumar (ED, NTPC) for the post of Director (Operations), NTPC Limited; a post which is set to fall vacant on 01.02.2024. 
  • Sushant Sudan (IES: 2012) was appointed as Private Secretary to Prof S P Singh Baghel, Union MoS for Health & Family Welfare for a period upto 06.01.2026 (i.e. for the balance period of his four years central deputation tenure) or on co-terminus basis with the Minister. His tenure as Deputy Secretary in the M/o Road Transport & Highways was also curtailed for his new assignment as PS to MoS.
