New Delhi (24.04.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:

PESB selected Sanjay Kumar Singh for the post of Director, Technical, Bharat Coking Coal Ltd (BCCL). Currently, he is Senior Vice President (Coal Strategy), JSW Steel Limited.
Alka Upadhyaya (IAS: 1990: MP), Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying was entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways till the assumption of the charge of the post by Anurag Jain (IAS: 1989: MP).
Tenure of Nirupama Kotru (IRS IT: 1992), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, was extended for a period of two years.
Vikram Singh Rana (IRTS: 2000), Director (CVO) in Ministry of Earth Sciences, was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre with out “extended cooling off”.
Ravi Bhushan Kumar was appointed to the post of Member Secretary, Upper Yamuna River Board (UYRB).
Eleven IRPS officers were empanelled for promotion to HAG level posts for the Panel Year 2023.
Dr Tapan Biswas, IG (Medical), was empanelled for promotion to the grade of Additional Director General (ADG) (Medical) in the Combined Medical Cadre of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), National Security Guards (NSGs) & Assam Rifles (ARs) for the panel year 2023.
Umesh Chandra Gautam was empanelled for promotion to the grade of Deputy Director General (Chemistry) in the Geological Survey of India (GSI).
