cadre to avail the benefit of promotion. Dhananjoy Mondal (ICoAS: 2011) was appointed as Financial

- Manoj Joshi (lAS: 1989: KL), Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs was laterally appointed as Secretary, Department of Land Resources vice Nidhi Khare (lAS: 1992: JH).
- Nidhi Khare was laterally shifted from Land Resources and appointed as OSD in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India. She will take over as Secretary (Consumer Affairs) from R K Singh on his retirement on 31.03.2024.
- The additional charge of the post of Housing and Urban Affairs was assigned to Anurag Jain (IAS: 1989: MP) till the appointment of a regular incumbent. Currently, Anurag Jain is Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
- Garima Mittal (IAS: 2010: HY) was appointed as Director in the Department of Commerce under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years.
