New Delhi (27.01.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Friday are as follows:

• Sandeep Mathur (IRSSE), Principal Executive Director (Signal Modernization), Railway Board, was entrusted with additional charge of Secretary, Railway Board.
• Extension to Alok Sharma (IPS : 91: UP) was given as Additional DG, SPG by temporarily upgrading the post of IG to the level of  Additional DG for a term up to 21 .02.2024
• Shailesh Kumar Singh (IAS: JH: 1991), Secretary, Department of Rural Development, was given additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj from 28.01.2023 to 12.02.2023.
• Meenakshi Joshi (IFOS: 2000: UD), Principal, Central Academy for State Forest Service (CASFOS), Dehradun was given extension for a period of two years.
• Richa Bagla (IAS: 1999: MH), Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, was given extension for a period of one year.
• Rahul Kapoor (IRAS: 2002), Director in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, was given extension for a period of one year. Kapoor counts his central deputation tenure w.e.f 15.01.2018.
• O P Chaudhary (IFOS: 1989: MP), Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, was given extension till his superannuation i.e. up to 30.09.2024.
