- Parthasarathy Bhaskar Devarakonda (IRS C&IT: 2012), presently working as Deputy Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat on 'lateral shift' basis for a tenure up to 22.06.2026.
- Tenure of Deepak Srivastava (IOFS: 2008), Director in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 12.03.2026 and up to 12.03.2028. Srivastava is on central deputation w.e.f. 13.03.2021.
- Tenure of Abhishek Narang (IRS IT: 2008) as Private Secretary to the Minister for Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, has been extended for a period of six months beyond 31.12.2025.
- S Gopalakrishnan (IAS: 1991: TN), Chaiman, Staff Selection Commission, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Chairman, National Recruitment Agency till appointment of a regular incumbent.
- Chandra Sekhar Kumar (IAS: 1992: OR), Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs from 22.11.2025 to 03.12.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Alka Upadhyaya (IAS: 1990: MP).
