New Delhi (15.10.2024): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Tuesday are as follows:
- Ashish Bhargava (IAS: 2012: MP), Director General, National AntiDoping Agency (NADA), has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre with the condition of extended "Cooling Off'. He would be eligible for another deputation only after 09.11.2026.
- Akash Tripathi (IAS: 1998: MP), CEO (MyGov) under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, has been entrusted with additional charge of post of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Digital India Corporation (MD/CEO, DIC), for a period of six months w.e.f. 01.04.2024 and additional charge of President & Chief Executive Officer, National eGovernance Division (P&CEO, NeGD) from 01.04.2024 to 18.08.2024.
- Ashok Kumar (IDSE: 1995), Director, Ministry of Power, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Tenure of Mritunjay Kumar Narayan (IAS: 1995: UP), Registrar General of India and Census Commissioner, Ministry of Home Affairs, has been extended for a period up to 04.08.2026.
- Deputation tenure of Harjot Singh Sandhu (IRTS: 2011), Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, has been curtailed. He has been appointed as Director in the same ministry.
- Deputation tenure of Sandhya V Sharma (IAS: 1995: TN), Additional Secretary, Department of Space, has been extended for a period up to 03.10.2025.
- Deputation tenure of Subodh Kumar (IAS: 2010: TN), Director in the Ministry of Ayush, has been extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 08.10.2026. He counts his deputation w.e.f. 09.10.2019.
- Alka Tiwari (IAS: 1988: JH), Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, has been repatriated to her parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Chandra Mohan Singh (IRS IT: 2013) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Ports, Shipping & Waterways Shantanu Thakur in the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways at the level of Deputy Secretary for the period up to 14.01.2028.
- Tenure of Praveen Vashista (IPS: 1991: BH) as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs has been curtailed. Vashista has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in Ministry of Home Affairs for a tenure up to 31.12.2024. He will join as Special Secretary (Internal Security) in Ministry of Home Affairs vice Sivagami Sundari Nanda (IPS: 1988: AGMUT) on her superannuation on 31.12.2024, up to 31.07.2026 i.e. date of his superannuation.
- Deputation tenure of Hemant Kumar Meena (IFOS: 2011: MH) as Deputy Secretary in NITI Aayog, has been extended for a further period of one year beyond 04.08.2024 and up to 04.08.2025.
- Vishvajit Sahay has been empanelled for promotion to the grade of Additional Controller General of Defence Accounts (HAG+) in the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS).
