New Delhi (14.08.2024): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Wednesday are as follows:

• Shilpa Rao Tanugula (IPoS: 2010) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Delhi for a period of five years.
• Parvathaneni Harish (IFS:1990), presently Ambassador of India to Germany, has been appointed as the next Ambassador/ Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations at New York.
  
• Govind Mohan (IAS: 1989: SK), Secretary, Ministry of Culture, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Home Affairs. He will take over as Home Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs vice Ajay Kumar Bhalla (IAS: 1984: AM) on completion of his tenure on 22.08.2024.
• Nalin Prabhat (IPS: 1992: AP), Director General, National Security Guard, has been sent on inter-cadre deputation from Andhra Pradesh to AGMUT for a period of three years. He has been appointed as DGP J&K.
• Anugraha P (IAS: 2011: MP) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Delhi for a period of four years. 
• Garima Kapoor (lSS: 2015) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, Delhi for a period of four years.
• Rohit Raj (IRS IT: 2008) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Delhi for a period of five years 
• Swayamprava Pani (IES: 2007) has been appointed as Additional Development Commissioner (Director level) in the 0ffice of Development Commissioner (Handlooms) under Ministry of Textiles, Delhi for a period of five years.
• Prashant Kumar Jha (IRS C&CE:2008) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of State (I/C) for Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Earth Sciences; Minister of State for Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy and Department of Space Dr Jitendra Singh in the Ministry of Science and Technology at the level of Director for the period up to 31.03.2025.
