New Delhi (09.02.2022): Notifications issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on Wednesday are as follows:-
- Dr Sanjay Kumar Shukla (IFS:1992:MP) was appointed as Member Secretary, Central Zoo Authority (CZA), on a deputation basis.
- The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy was assigned to K Sanjay Murthy (lAS:1989:HP), Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from 09.02.2022 to 13.02.2022 during the period of absence on leave of Ms Anita Karwal (IAS:1988:GJ).
- Atanu Bhowmick (ED, SAIL) was appointed as Director-in-charge (Rourkela Steel Plant), SAIL till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.12.2024.
- Kamal Chopra (GM, ONGC Videsh Limited) was appointed to the post of Director (Finance), Bharat Petro Resources Limited (BPRL) for a period of five years or till the date of his superannuation.
- MK Jhala and P Kumar and others were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Chief Controller of Explosives (CCE) in the Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Nagpur for the panel year 2021. PESO falls under the jurisdiction of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
- Eleven officers, including Anil Bhatia, belonging to the Indian Supply Service under the Department of Commerce, were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Deputy Director General (Supply) in the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) of the Indian Supply Service (ISS) against the panel years 2019, 2020 & 2021.
- SS Arora was empanelled for promotion to the Higher Administrative Grade of the Indian Broadcasting (Engineers) Service for the panel year 2021.
- Dr Prabhat Kumar was appointed to the post of Horticulture Commissioner in the Department, on a short term contract basis. Presently, he is National Coordinator, National Agricultural Higher Education Project (NAHEP), ICAR Hqrs. & Principal Scientist, ICAR-IARI (New Delhi).
- Jainath Prashad and six others, belonging to Central Power Engineering Service (CPES), were empanelled for promotion to the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) of the CPES (Group-‘A’) for the panel years 2021 (2nd Supplementary Panel) and 2022 (Regular Panel).
- Pawan Kumar and five others were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Chief Engineer (Civil) for the panel years 2020 and 2021 under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
- Navendra Nath and others, belonging to Indian Defence Estate Service (IDES), were empanelled for promotion to the Senior Administrative Grade of IDES, for the panel year 2020.
- Markam CBS and others, belonging to Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS), were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Additional Director General of Ordnance Factories/Member, Ordnance Factory Board; now renamed as ADG of Ordnance (Coordination & Services) for the panel year 2020.
- SG Dastidar and others, Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Additional Controller General of Defence Accounts for the panel year 2021 (Supplementary Panel).
- Asim Sarkar and others, presently working in the rank of Chief Medical Officer (NFSG), were empanelled for promotion to the Senior Administrative Grade under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
- Pravin Kumar and others, belonging to the Indian Revenue Service (IT), were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax for the panel year 2022.
- LM Kaushal and others, belonging to Indian Cost Accounts Service (ICoAS), were empanelled for promotion to the grade of Principal Advisor (Cost) for the panel years 2021 (Supplementary Panel) and 2022 (Regular Panel).
- Rudrendra Tandon and others, belonging to the Indian Foreign Service, were empanelled for promotion to Grade II of the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) in Level 15 of the Pay Matrix against the panel year 2021.
- Vandana Gupta and others were empanelled for promotion to the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) in the Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TA&FS) for the panel years 2020 & 2021.
- Jatin Chopra (IRTS:2011) was appointed as Private Secretary to Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers in the M/o Chemicals & Fertilizers for a period of five years. Presently, he is working as Joint Director (Movement) in the Department of Fertilizers.
