- Tuhin Kanta Pandey (IAS: 1987: OR) was designated as Union Finance Secretary vice Dr TV Somanathan (IAS: 1987: TN). Currently, he is Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) and holds the additional charge as Secretary, Department of Public Enterprise (DPE).
