New Delhi (06.01.2026): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Tuesday are as follows:

Vibha Chahal (IAS: 2012: UP) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Food & Public Distribution for a tenure up to 07.06.2027.
Post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Mines held by Ashish Saxena (ISS: 2012) has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry for a period up to 28.02.2030. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 01.03.2025.
Post of Deputy Secretary in the NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs held by Raghav Gupta (IRS IT:2012) has been re-designated as Director for a period up to 31.05.2027. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 01.06.2022.
Post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Mines held by Geetika Sharma (IAS: 2012: AGMUIT) has been re-designated as Director for a period up to 29.05.2029. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 29.05.2024.
Post of Private Secretary at Deputy Secretary level to the Minister for Coal & Mines G Kishan Reddy in the Ministry of Mines held by Bakki Karthikeyan (IAS: 2012: MP) has been re-designated as Private Secretary at Director level to the same Minister for a period up to 09.08.2029. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 10.08.2024.
Tenure of Pooja Pandey (IAS: 2008: AM), Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya under the Ministry of Home Affairs has been extended for an overall tenure of five years i.e. up to 16.03.2027.
Tenure of Nirupama J Dange (IAS:2007: MH), Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Maharashtra under the Ministry of Home Affairs has been extended for an overall tenure of five years up to 19.12.2027.
Vishwanath Suresh has been appointed as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of MOIL Limited for a period up to his superannuation i.e. on August 31, 2030.
