- Sanjay Chilwarwar (IRSSE: 1997), Joint Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds with imposition of extended 'cooling off' condition.
- Tenure of Dipti Mohil Chawla (IDAS: 1995, Additional Secretary, Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 06.05.2026 i.e. up to 06.05.2027.
