AP Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar has directed Real-Time Governance (RTG) Chief Executive Officer Babu A to inform the Heads of Departments (HODs) about the complaints received from the public. The Chief Secretary's direction came in the wake of RTG reports that though the satisfaction levels among the public on government schemes were increasing time-to-time, some of the departments are yet to improve efficiency. Kumar also warned of action against the officials concerned for dereliction of duty if their performance didn't improve.
