The Appointment Committee of Cabinet clears the appointment of V K Rama as new CMD of CONCOR. Currently he serves as Director (Projects & Services) CONCOR. PESB had selected his name for the post on January 22 this year.
V Kalyan Rama will replace the outgoing CMD A K Gupta on October 01, 2016 as Gupta will demit office on September 30 this year on attaining the superannuation age.
Mr. Rama is an Ex-Railway officer of 1987 batch. He served as an Executive Director of South Central Region of Container Corporation of India Ltd. He had worked in BHEL, BHPV before joining Indian Railways. He had held various challenging assignments in his career with Indian Railways.
