total of 44 IAS officers from all over the country have undergone a four-day
Inner Engineering Leadership program at Sadguru's Isha Foundation on the
outskirts of Coimbatore from January 21. The
officers, including Otem Dai, Additional Secretary from Tamil Nadu; Sanjeev
Ranjan, Chairman NHAI; Alok Mohan, Additional DGP Karnataka; and Brij Kumar
Agarwal, Himachal Chief Secretary, had opted for Inner Engineering for their
compulsory in-service training for 2019-20 as Department of Personnel and
Training (DOPT) has included it on the official list of training which can be
opted for as a part of Officers’ in-service training. The
participants were initiated into the powerful Shambhavi Maha Mudra Kriya and
went through several leadership training aspects. Isha Foundation founder,
Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, also interacted with them about Good and Bad Governance
and how to handle Corruption.
