As many as 31 senior IRS (Income Tax) officers, serving in the rank of Principal Chief Commissioner, have been accorded HAG + scale w.e.f December 2014.
The list is as follows: Subhash Mehra, Nutan A Vodeyar, Ambika Khatua, Balvir Singh, Nathan Raul, Shailendra Handa, Suman Kumar Anand, Krishna Saini, Shabri Bhattasali, S S Rathore, Arbind Modi, Ameeta Saini, Pawan Kumar Vatsyayana, Sunil Kumar Mishra, Nutan Sharma, Bijoy Kumar Mishra, Vinod Kumar Mathur, P R Ravikumar, Anil Goel, Aditya Vikram, Dinesh Kumar Gupta, K K Mishra, Sunit Mohan Mishra, Sanjeev Kumar Abrol, S M Ashraf, Abhay Charan Naik and Bhagwandas Gupta.
Of the 31 officers, most of them would retire in a couple of months whereas the rest of them would get the Apex Scale.
