police have to be polite and courteous while dealing with the common man. Prakash
Singh said that police is always criticizedwithout knowing the hard reality
behind their extremely difficult work conditions. If there is peace everywhere,
still nobody gives respect to the police for their hard work. On the
contrary, if something unpleasant incident happens, the police will have
to face criticism and media trial starts underlining their failure. In such
situations, undignified people will leave no stone unturned in mentally torturing
the police. In order to change this kind of thinking process prevailing we have
to initiate the process of Police Reform.
Santosh
Kumar Saras, Managing Editor of Peacemaker magazine said that the “Peacemaker
Veerta Award - 2018' was the beginning of the annual gallantry
