The extended tenure of additional charge of Manoj Kumar Dwivedi (IAS:1997:JK) as Tobaco Borad Chairman is set to be over on May 12. Reportedly, the tenure is unlikely to be extended further as ACC is set to take decision on the panel for Chairman, Tobaco Board shortly.
The Chairman post fell vacant after the repatriation of Koothati Gopal (IAS:1992:TN) in November last year.
