In selection interview held on June 10, 2015, PESB has selected Shekhar Saran (DIR (TECH), CMPDIL/CIL) for the post of Chairman and Managing Director,Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL). Mr. Saran is having rich experience of managing large opencast & underground Mines in different subsidiary companies. Once the selection is ratified by the ACC, Shekhar Saran would succeed Amal Kumar Debnath, who is scheduled to retire on Dec 31 this year. The post was advertised on January 01 this year.
