1546If some well-placed sources are to be believed Sanjay Gehlot (IRS C&CE:1991), Chief Controller of Government Opium and Alkaloid Factories (under CBIC), has applied for voluntary retirement. Reportedly, he believes that he has had enough of government service and for personal reasons he has put in his papers to move on. Earlier he served in the Indian Army under Short Service Commission as well.
