7856New Delhi (11.03.2022): As Indianmandarins had reported first (10.03.2022) Arun Kumar Saksena, Retired General Manager, North Central Railway, was appointed as Consultant in Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) for an initial period of one year to look after the matters relating to ‘Kavach’ and ‘Signalling’.
