New Delhi: With BJP president Manoj Tiwari proving to be ineffective to garner support of people as expected in Delhi, the RSS was asked around six months back to pitch in to work on the ground not only to tell people about the BJP but also assess who are the likely winnable candidates in a particular constituency in Delhi. Several surveys were conducted by the BJP but report from the RSS appears to be the real parameter.

The BJP is very particular about ticket distribution and push and pull will not work with Union minister Prakash Javadekar around as party in-charge of Delhi. The report of the RSS on every seat is going to be crucial in ticket distribution.

Caste, region and other considerations are being looked upon that could be some of the reasons for anyone to vote for any particular party. The BJP is still in double mind if it should go for chief ministerial candidate or not but ticket distribution is very crucial. With AAP already ahead of its rivals, the BJP will give three seats to SAD in Sikh dominated areas.

Since no other elections are around so RSS workers from other states will be brought in to campaign for the party besides chief ministers of all BJP-rules states, artists and Union ministers. The PM may address three and Amit Shah may address 7 rallies in Delhi.
