New Delhi (20.03.2026): Ravi Mittal (IAS: 2016: CG) has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office on March 19, 2026. The appointment was made after the approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).The letter dated March 19 by the Department of Personnel & Training (Office of the Establishment Officer), read, “The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Ravi Mittal, IAS (CG:2016) presently in the cadre as Deputy Secretary, Prime Minister's Office for a tenure of four years from date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.”
