RAS to IAS to Media: Arora takes VRS, joins media house as CEO

Jaipur (19.08.2023): Pawan Arora (IAS: 2007: RJ) has bid adieu to his illustrious career and has taken VRS to shift his career. The former IAS officer has joined as the CEO and Editor of First India News, a prominent news channel. Not only the news channel but he has also taken up the role of CEO and editor at First India newspaper. Jagdeesh Chandra is the CMD and Editor-in-Chief of First India News and will continue to steer the channel’s editorial direction.Pawan Arora, who was promoted from RAS to IAS, is known as a management guru. In 2019, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot appointed him as the Chairman of the Housing Board.
