The incumbent Managing Director, BRPL/BPCL D Rajkumar has been selected for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in the selection interview held today by the Govt's headhunter; Public Enterprises selection Board (PESB). Following the selection and recommendation of PESB Rajkumar's appointment would require clearances from CVC and the administrative ministry. After the ACC, headed the Prime Minister, will ratify his appointment D Rajkumar will replace S Varadarajan as CMD, BPCL on October 01. The outgoing CMD Varadarajan, is scheduled to superannuate on September 30, 2016.
