New Delhi (21.05.2026): The Railway Board under the Ministry of Railways has approved the deputation of Milan Kumar Singh, an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, to IRCON International Limited (IRCON). Milan Kumar Singh, presently serving as ADRM, Lumding under the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been selected for appointment as Chief General Manager/Civil at the prestigious Sivok-Rangpo Rail Project in Siliguri, West Bengal.
