
New Delhi (31.01.2025): Under Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS), Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs has appointed around a dozen ICLS Cadre officers as Regional Nodal Officers which is dubbed as an attempt to reach out to youths of the country by the government to help them to look for their future in Corporate Sector.
The beginning is with the internship. If sources are to be believed, this is also an attempt to help SC/OBC students to get some space in the Corporate Sector. PM internship Scheme provides 12 months real-life experience in India's top companies, monthly assistance of Rs 4,500 by the Government and Rs 500 by Industry, one-time grant of Rs 6,000 for incidentals and most importantly insurance coverage for every intern under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana by Government of India.
The list of officers belonging to Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) engaged as Nodal Officer for implementing PMIS goes as follows:
- Hamid Ali Shah Bukhari, DD, Regional Director (NR), has been sent to Northern Region.
- Vedant Ojha, DOL, Registrar of Companies, Delhi, has been sent to Northern Region.
- Manish Chandel, AD, Regional Director (ER), has been sent to Eastern Region.
- Indresh Singh Chauhan, AROC, Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, has been sent to Eastern Region.
- Kolakaluri Aravind, AD, Regional Director (NER), has been sent to North-Eastern Region.
- Hirave Vaibhav Anil, AD, Regional Director (SR), has been sent to Southern Region.
- Anumula Srikar, AD, Regional Director (SER), has been sent to South-Eastern Region.
- Venkataram Kavadikeri, AROC, Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, has been sent to South-Eastern Region.
- Aparna Mudiam, DD, Regional Director (WR), has been sent to Western Region.
- Bankar Rujuta Dinesh, AD, Regional Director (WR), has been sent to Western Region.
- Ankita Lahoty, DD, Regional Director (NWR), has been sent to Northwestern Region
