The officer served as Jt Secretary, Petroleum & Natural Gas till September 25, 2014 and further as MD, National Cooperative Consumer's Federation of India under Department of Consumer Affairs (GoI). Prior to serving with GoI as JS Petroleum he served with Manipur CM Okram Ibobi.
