- Sanjay Kumar Singh (IAS: 1997: OD) has been appointed as Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department with an additional charge of his earlier responsibilities.
- Bishnupada Sethi (IAS: 1995: OD) has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department as well with an additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Commerce & Transport Department.
- Arabinda Kumar Padhee (IAS: 1996: OD) has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Farmers' Empowerment Department with an additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department.
- Aswathy S (IAS: 2003: OD) has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department.
