3692New Delhi (17.04.2022): Former secretary in the Union HRD ministry and retired IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre Anil Swarup is coming up with the third book of his trilogy on bureaucracy – No More a Civil Servant. The book is being launched on May 2, 2022. Considered to be one of the brightest bureaucrats of his time penned his third book. Swarup Tweeted, “Gratitude to readers & critics of Not Just a Civil Servant and Ethical Dilemmas of a Civil Servant. Encouraged by their response, I penned down the 3rd part of the trilogy, No More A Civil Servant.”
