NBCC (India) has awarded the contract for construction of multi-story commercial space at GPRA Colony, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi, on design, engineering, procurement, and construction basis to NCC Ltd (NCC - State Construction Integrated Works (SCIW) of Ukraine) for Rs 1,949 crore with completion period of two years. NBCC will get project management consultancy fee on the project cost at 8 percent and revenue booking from the project is scheduled to start from October.
