Altogerther seven candidates had appeared before the public sector headhunter for interview namely; Amarjit Singh Bindra, Dir (Fin), SJVNL, Nand Lal Sharma, Dir (Pers), SJVNL, Rakesh Kumar Bansal, Dir (Elec), SJVNL, Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta, Dir (Fin), NTC (Lien with SJVNL), Naveen Chander Bansal, ED, SJVNL, Kamlesh Kumar Singh, ED, NTPC, Sridhar Patra, Dir (Fin), THDC (Lien with MRPL).
Subject to requisite clearance and ACC ratification Sharma will replace the outgoing CMD R N Mishra.
