With less than 12 days left in the retirement of Haryana Chief Secretary Praveen Kumar Gupta (IAS:1981:HY) the speculation goes on over the new Chief Secretary. It is not clear as yet whether the present CS will be given extension whereas buzz still continues over D S Dhesi's (IAS:1982:HY) repatriation to Haryana as CS. Interestingly, only 5-6 working days are left to come to a conclusion as who will get the command of Haryana bureaucracy after Gupta.
