If some well informed officials are to be believed, a Union minister of State of a key ministry was instrumental into bringing two officers from Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand to the Centre. The minister was eyeing to have them as his Private Secretary and OSD.

The NaMo administration listened to the minister’s request and brought them at Centre but instead of appointing them as his PS and OSD it placed them in two different key offices. It is often said that NaMo administration listens to the requests of ministers but does not fulfill their wish.
