Mohammad Shahid (IAS:1998:GJ), previously, PS to Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat, is all set to report to Govt of India. Reportedly, he has been relieved by the Govt of Uttarakhand. He has been in Uttarakhand on basis of inter-cadre deputation. Prior to this he served as PS to the former Union Min for Water Resources, Harish Rawat.
