Robin Hibu (IPS:1993:UT) handed over the charge of Nodal Officer of Delhi Police for NE People to David Lalringsanga (IPS:1995: UT). David will take forward work which was marked by exemplary Delhi Police services for NE people under Hibu's leadership. Lalringsanga served as Joint CP Vigilance in Delhi Police and in the first week of March he was moved as Joint CP, SPUWAC. If during the past few months, you haven't heard about the harassment of people from the Northeast in the national capital, there is a reason to it. And the reason has a name (Robin Hibu) and now David will shoulder that responsibility. Robin Hibu Hibu, Jt CP CAW, and Jt CP, IGI Airport, handled the problems of Northeast residents in Delhi as an additional responsibility and established a base work which will be taken forward by Lalringsangma.
