Khullar and Khare appointed as ED World Bank and ADB respectively

4134The NaMo administration on Monday announced the appointment of Rajesh Khullar (lAS:1988:HY) as Executive Director, World Bank Headquarters, Washington DC (USA) for a tenure of three years or till the date of his superannuation whichever is the earliest. Presently, he is working in the cadre as Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Govt of Haryana. Khullar replaces Mrs S Aparna (IAS:1988:GJ) who completed her tenure recently. Further, Sameer Kumar Khare (lAS:1989:AM) appointed as Executive Director, Asian Development Bank, Manila for a tenure of three years. Presently, he is working in Govt of India as Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs. He replaces Kshatrapati Shivaji (IAS:1986:MH).
