Shailesh T Khatwar (GM, IMM) was, on Tuesday appointed Manager (Technical) at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Liasion Office, Embassy of India in Moscow for a period of three years with diplomatic status of Third Secretary. Presently, he is GM (MM) Aircraft Overhaul Division (Nasik) in HAL.
