Retired Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court Justice Permod Kohli has been appointed as Chairman of Central Administrative Tribunal. He will succeed Justice Syed Rafat Alam who is serving since Aug 08, 2012.
Justice Kohli served as Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court from December, 2011 to February 2013.
Prior to this he also served as judge J&K High Court between January 2003 and April 2006.
