Justice Dharmadhikari sworn in as Chief Justice of Bombay HC

672Justice Bhushan P Dharmadhikari, who was appointed as acting chief justice last month, has been sworn in as Chief Justice of Bombay High Court on March 20 by Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. It was necessitated after the retirement of former Chief Justice Pradeep Nandrajog. The SC Collegium recommended elevation of Justice B P Dharmadhikari as permanent Chief0 Justice of the Bombay High Court. A notification was issued earlier this week by the President of India appointed him as Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court.
