Lucknow (13.10.2022): There is a free run of Opposition political party leaders vying hard to expand their bases from KCR to Nitish Kumar to Arvind Kejriwal to Mamata Banerjee et al but Akhilesh Yadav indicated that Nitish is not welcomed in the Kurmi dominated area of UP. Speculation is rife that Nitish wants to contest LS election from Phulpur constituency in Prayagraj -- a Kurmi dominated seat. But if JD (U) forays into this region it will disturb political arithmetic of the Samajwadi Party to help the BJP.
