The development was disclosed to BSE Limited on 20 April 2026 in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

The plants had been under temporary shutdown due to a force majeure event that disrupted LPG supply. HOCL confirmed that LPG supply has now resumed in line with directions from the Government of India.

With the restoration of feedstock supply, the company has started the necessary technical and operational activities required to restart the facilities.

HOCL stated that the process of plant restart is currently underway. The company will provide further updates regarding the status of commercial production once operations stabilize. The disclosure was formally signed by Subramonian H, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of HOCL, for regulatory dissemination.
