The NaMo administration on Tuesday cleared the appointment of Cmde Kunjumon E Mathew to the post of Director (Shipbuilding), Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), Visakhapatnam on immediate absorption basis for a period of five years or till the date of his superannuation.
