New Delhi (17.06.2025): Chennai:TN ADGP H M Jayaram suspended after being taken into police custodyTamil Nadu Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) H M Jayaram (IPS: 1996: TN) has been placed under suspension by the Tamil Nadu government on June 17, 2025. He was suspended a day after he was secured by police in connection with his involvement in abduction of a minor boy in Tiruvallur district. He was picked up by the police following an order of the Madras High Court. The suspension order was issued by the Home Department of the Tamil Nadu government. He was picked up by Tiruvallur district police personnel when he came out of the High Court premises on Monday.
