Raipur (01.06.2023): Raigarh District Magistrate Taran Prakash Sinha (IAS: 2012: CG) appears to be an alchemist who has transformed government library into a well equipped, modern and hi-tech set up besides his routine good work in the district. The new transformed library with a suave appearance will not only help students to hone their knowledge in a nice surrounding but help book lovers to have leisure time with books.
